Q: Is there a parking near by?

A: We are located in a large plaza and there is plenty of parking for all your guest.

Q: What is your max capacity? 

A: Our max capacity is 72 people, so before your booking make sure your guest list does not exceed this number.

Q: Are the tables and chairs included with the rental? 

A: In every rental we include tables, chairs, 2 Bluetooth speakers & 4ft portable bar.

Q: Can I bring my own food/catering company?

A: You are allow to bring food or use an outside catering company. However, you are not allow to sell the food.

 

Q: Does the venue have a kitchen?

A: We do not have a kitchen. However, we have a large refrigerator and we provide long tables for your food.

Q: How far in advance should I book?

A: We work on 1st come, 1st serve bases and we suggest booking as soon as you have your event date.   

    Weekend fill up quickly, so please plan in advance.

Q: How much is the deposit and when is the final payment due?

A: The deposit is 30% of your total, 2nd payment of 30% is required 45 days before the event, and final payment      of 40% is required 14 days prior to your event. In the event of booking 45 days or less before your event, you

    will be required to put down 60% and the remaining 40% will be due 14 days before your event. 

Q: What type of payments do you accept?

A: We accept cash, zelle or Debit/Credit Cards (4% proceeding fee apply)

Q: What time we are allow to come in and what time we have to leave?

A: Time will vary depending on the package you choose. Please, discuss options before booking

Q: Is the venue "wheelchair accessible" ?

A: Yes, it is.

Q: Is there a Wi-Fi?

A: Yes, you will be given the Wi-Fi password at the day of your event.

Q: What is the cancelation policy?

A: All deposits already made towards your event are non-refundable. However, we understand                                emergencies happen. You can reschedule your event for another available date in 1year time frame, from              signing your contract. All payments made would go towards the new date.

Q: Do you offer any additional services?

A: In addition to our venue rental we offer a varieti of decoration packages as well as rental
